"Nous l’avons choisi pour la proximité de lieux où nous avions affaire, c’était parfait pour nous. Adjacent au très beau et agréable Parc Montsouris. Un peu loin du métro mais quand même plusieurs options de transport disponibles à proximité. Très propre et bien équipé, lit confortable, bon rangement dans la chambre. Mais besoin de quelques ajustements."

"Pas vraiment possible d’ouvrir les volets de métal sans être littéralement sur le trottoir. Ça donne un sentiment de sécurité moyen et aucune intimité donc obligatoire de garder fenêtres et volets fermés, c’est pas fameux."

"The property was very comfortable and clean. Amenities in the bathroom and kitchen was very pleasing. Sofa bed was as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom. The size of the property was enough for us (We were two adults and a 15mo baby) Not very close to city center but we managed to get anywhere we wanted with metro. In the neighbourhood supermarkets are close and there is a beautiful park for walking and having a picnic. The property is located in a dead end street. So that it was very quite."

"Although we found and looked up from the manuals, we couldn’t figure out how to use the oven with microwave feature 😅 It was late in the evening, so we decided not to ask the owner. If we had forseen this problem when we first got to the property, probably the owner would have helped. The second thing I should mention is about the safety for babies. We didn’t have any problem but it might be better if the tv is fixed and the cables are hidden."

"We took a bit of a chance on this apartment as it had no reviews, but it exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 3, the location just next to the beautiful park and close to a few metros (including the RERB) was perfect for us. The street is at an impasse, so was so quiet at night-you would hardly know that you were in a large city. Both the bed in the bedroom and the pullout bed were comfortable. Plush towels. The apartment was set up well with the pullout bed in the front of the apartment and the bedroom in the back so allowing privacy for your group. The bathroom was spotless and spacious with great pressure from the shower. The entire apartment is clean, new with classy, comfortable furniture. Keyless entry with detailed instructions made for easy access. The host called during our stay to ensure all was well which was appreciated."

"They forgot to give us a blanket for the pullout bed but wasn't a big deal because we had one in our car but for future guests could be a problem. Also some kitchen towels, some sugar for the coffee and dish detergent would be appreciated for future guests. There is no window in the bedroom, it was fine for May but could be hot in August."
